## Credit top-ups

A top-up is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits were used. You can do it yourself from the credits section of your account, and the credits are removed at once.

## Subscriptions

The 7-day free trial lets you try Quizzerfy before you pay, so subscription payments aren’t refunded. You can cancel any time from your account, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

## Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, write to [support@quizzerfy.com](mailto:support@quizzerfy.com) and we’ll put it right.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
